If you decide to represent yourself in either of these sessions, our manual will arm you with all of your legal arguments that you can use to create the best possible result for your case. If your spouse has retained a lawyer to represent him or herself, we strongly recommend that you hire a lawyer to represent you so that you are engaging in one of these sessions on equal footing. Your lawyer can only help you from the facts in your case that you present to him. Our manual will help you determine what parts of your fact scenerio are relevant to your case and which facts are not as relevant.  This gives you a distinct advantage in any Mediation, Arbitration or Negotiation sessions.
